Evidence-based consulting for universities and individuals who want to get this right.
University Group Consulting
I work with academic departments, graduate programs, writing centers, and research offices on the challenges that matter most — and that are hardest to solve from the inside.
Engagements typically focus on curriculum development, research literacy training, and systemic analysis. I bring a mixed-methods research background, two decades of direct instructional experience, and a perspective shaped by working with the populations most underserved by higher education systems.
Past and current institutional clients include work in generative AI in higher education, workforce development, and faculty learning communities.
Individual Coaching
I coach academic women in doctoral and postdoctoral programs who are navigating systems that were not designed with them in mind.
This is not career counseling or therapy. It is practical, evidence-informed guidance from someone who understands both the research on systemic dysfunction in academia and the lived experience of moving through it. Sessions focus on the specific challenges each client faces — from navigating advisor relationships to building a research identity to making strategic decisions about where to invest limited time and energy.
How It Works
Most consulting relationships begin with a conversation. I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation to understand your situation and determine whether we are a good fit.
University group consulting is typically structured as multi-session engagements with clear deliverables. Individual coaching is available as ongoing sessions.
