This week I’m participating in the Knight Digital Media Center’s Indepedent Journalist Workshop at UC Berkeley. This class is only the second ever. The days are packed with all sorts of training, tools and strategies to move my work from print to the digital age.  Specifically, I am learning how to develop my blog about the sense of smell into an engaging online news community.
